Bryant Neal Vinas was captured in a terrorist training camp in Pakistan. He admitted to firing rockets on a U.S. military base in September 2008 and later became an informant to the U.S. government. He provided information about a plot to blow up a Long Island Rail Road commuter train in New York City’s Penn Station.
