Siavosh Henareh, an Iranian citizen; Bachar Wehbe, a Lebanese citizen; and Cetin Aksu, a Turkish citizen, conspired with undercover DEA informants to import heroin into the United States. As part of a sting, the DEA informants posed as affiliates of Hezbollah and said proceeds from the drug sales would fund the terrorist organization.
