Borromeo Enrique Henriquez, Elmer Canales-Rivera, Efrain Cortez, Ricardo Alberto Diaz, Eduardo Erazo-Nolasco, Edson Sachary Eufemia, Jose Fernandez Flores-Cubas, Fredy Ivan Jandres-Parada, Leonel Alexander Leonardo, Cesar Humberto Lopez-Larios, Jose Luis Mendoza-Figueroa, Hugo Armando Quinteros-Mineros, Saul Antonio Turcios, and Aristides Dionisio Umanzor were allegedly part of the "command and control" structure of MS-13, an international criminal gang. This case is the second time the Justice Department has brought terrorism charges against members of MS-13.
