Fareed Ahmed Khan, a Connecticut auto mechanic, allegedly lied to FBI agents during a terrorism investigation. FBI agents alleged that Khan made "unexplained cash deposits" because he "does not appear to have a legitimate source for these cash deposits." He also allegedly purchased medical equipments through eBay that he then shipped to an unnamed individual in Pakistan. Khan told an FBI informant that "he helps jihad through money and funding," according to an FBI affidavit.
