Hawazen Sameer Mothafar, a disabled Oregon man who uses a wheelchair, allegedly wrote, edited, and distributed ISIS propaganda through Al Dura'a al Sunni, a pro-ISIS internet media organization also known as Sunni Shield. Mothafar allegedly wrote and edited articles for Al-Anfal, a newspaper produced by Sunni Shield. According to the FBI, Mothafar wrote articles that explained how to "best kill and maim in a knife attack" and how detonators function. Mothafar is also accused of making false statements on his immigration application and making false statements to a government agency.
